Preparation before operation of CNC drilling and milling machine
When a CNC drilling and milling machine fails, we will carefully check with the naked eye whether there are blown fuses, burned components, open circuits, etc., and observe whether the transmission shaft of the mechanical part is bent or shaken, etc. In order to minimize failures, we need to carry out some preparation operations before operation. Below, we will introduce them to you as follows:
1. Before operation, you must be familiar with the general performance, structure, transmission principle and control procedures of CNC drilling and milling machines, and master the functions and operating procedures of each operating button and indicator light. Do not operate and adjust the machine tool until you understand the entire operation process.
2. Before starting the CNC drilling and milling machine, check whether the electrical control system of the machine tool is normal, whether the lubrication system is smooth, whether the oil quality is good, and add enough lubricating oil according to the regulations, whether each operating handle is correct, and whether the workpiece, fixture and tool are clamped. Hold it firmly, check whether the coolant is sufficient, and then idle for 3 to 5 minutes at slow speed to check whether each transmission component is normal. Only after confirming that there is no fault can it be used normally.
3. After the CNC drilling and milling machine program debugging is completed, the step-by-step operation must be approved by the instructor. Skipping steps is not allowed.
4. Before processing parts with a CNC drilling and milling machine, you must strictly check whether the machine tool origin and tool data are normal and perform simulation operations without cutting paths.
