The oil of the CNC milling machine needs to be changed during routine maintenance. After the oil change of the CNC lathe, the impurities in the CNC lathe track will also be reduced. It will flow into the tank with the new oil and will not stay on the track. will scratch the track. So what should be paid attention to in the oil change process of CNC milling machine?
1. The old oil and waste oil should be poured out and dried with a clean cotton cloth. When conditions permit, add detergent and disinfectant for cleaning, and recycle machine fluid.
2. Clean the oil filter and replace it with a new one if necessary.
3. After the new oil is added, let it idle for a few minutes. It is best to drain the circulating fluid and add new fluid.
4. For parts using high-viscosity lubricating oil, changing the oil to low-viscosity lubricating oil will affect the sealing performance of the corresponding box and shaft hole to a certain extent, and sometimes greatly reduce the sealing performance of these parts.
When changing the oil, not only should pay attention to the above matters, but also when the oil is changed, the amount of oil should not be too much, otherwise oil will leak.
