The CNC lathe uses the grinding wheel under high-speed rotation to realize the grinding process. The roughness of the module processed parts is poor, and there is still obvious vibration pattern. What is the reason for it?

Poor spindle dynamic balance: re-adjust, and should be carried out in the process of balance detection and correction.

If there is a large gap between the main shaft or the bearing, make adjustments in time. The clearance of the front bearing is 0.008mm, and the clearance of the rear bearing is 0.012mm.

When the lubrication balance of the CNC lathe table is unqualified, the grinding wheel balance work should be done, and the second static balance process should be done if necessary.

When the thickness of the grinding wheel is not uniform, it should be corrected again so that the thickness of the grinding wheel can reach a moderate state.

At the same time, the seismic source of the CNC lathe must be removed. For example: working table rack and pinion, table surface impact, gear meshing gap is too small, and there are seismic sources around. The gap should be less than or equal to 0.02mm as much as possible, and the relevant operators should carefully read the relevant operation items of the CNC lathe.
