3 axis,4 axis,5 axis optional:

The machine has absorbed the advanced technology and manufacturing standards of the United States and Japan, and the key components are analyzed by ANSYS finite element, which improves and optimizes the overall machine structure.

 

The whole machine adopts four guide rails, which has excellent rigidity and stability. The main components are made of Meehant cast iron, after good heat treatment, the material is in a stable state without deformation, and the hard guide rail is surface-treated, ultrasonic frequency quenching and precision grinding. The guide rail on the upper surface is covered with wear-resistant materials, which can stabilize the accuracy for a long time. Linear guide rails can also be selected for high-speed and high-precision machining.

 

Specially designed (arched) column and Y-axis rear servo motor improve rigidity and facilitate operation.

 

The three-axis transmission adopts C3 grade precision ball screw. The positioning accuracy of the machine is ensured by laser measurement, baseball test and μ-level bidirectional pitch compensation.

 

The high-speed precision spindle adopts high-speed noise reduction belt gear transmission, the spindle is dynamically balanced twice, with high rotation precision and low vibration, and can carry out high-quality surface processing;

 

German/Italian two-speed main shaft gearbox and Taiwan two-speed internal gear main shaft gearbox are optional, which enhances the spindle cutting torque and is suitable for heavy cutting.

 

The machine tool can be equipped with multi-axis boring, drilling and tapping headstocks to achieve efficient machining of multi-tools and multi-spindles, reflecting the innovation of the combination of machining centers and advanced technologies.

 

Optional 4th and 5th axis rotary table and famous CNC controller can realize high-performance 5-axis simultaneous machining.
