Bridge CNC Milling Machine

Bridge CNC milling machine is a highly automated multifunctional machining equipment. It can program parts and realize efficient machining of complex and multi-process products. The equipment adopts high-precision linear guides and ball screws to ensure the accuracy of cutting; special dust-proof and rust-proof devices simplify maintenance work. All raw materials required for the airframe are selected from the best quality sources and produced by us independently, so it is very solid and reliable. The bridge CNC milling machine can be turned into a gantry machining center by adding an automatic tool changer, so that one workpiece can be completed without a second workpiece clamping.

1. 3 Axis linear guide rails and XY Axis linear guide ways,Z Axis box rails can be choose.

2. EURO Controller, Japan controller, TAIWAN Controller can install as requested.

3. 3~5 axis or 5 axis simultaneous can choose

 

Description of machine operation (for reference)

1. The spindle is in the home position to ensure smooth positioning of the workpiece

2. The operator in the working area of the machine sets and fixes the workpiece on the axis, and then sets the axis with the workpiece in the machine

3. The operator closes the door, selects the processing program

4. The safety loop is closed. The machine starts milling according to the selected program

5. After the end of the milling process, the spindle moves to its home position

6. The operator gains access to the working area of the machine and removes the finished product from the axis

7. The cycle repeats

In the event of an emergency stop or failure of the milling process, the program can be resumed from any point. Average processing time for one piece is 10 minutes.
